Oregon’s quality food and beverage industries will soon have a place for innovation, teaching, and collaboration. This conceptual design of OSU’s future food and beverage pilot plant illustrates our proposal for a new research and teaching facility on the OSU campus. Plans include three pilot plants, food science laboratories, classrooms, and demonstration spaces.
